Panic attacks

by Hannah, 14

As soon as I got back from holiday I started having bad panic attacks. They were horrible. I used to have bad ones everyday.

Everyone suggested different things. I did most of them but I didn’t really want to take any tablets. But with help from my parents, brothers, sister, grandparents, teachers, school nurse and friends I’m only having about two a week now, and last week I was on work experience in a nursery and I only had a small one all week!!

They are now getting a lot better. But if anyone has a panic attack just relax and chill before it gets worse and you have them quite often.
